How Do I Apply?
ذكذكتسئµ will work closely with you to ensure your admissions process is a simple as possible.
To be considered for admission
For all international students, the ذكذكتسئµ encourages you to begin the admission process at least 90 days prior to enrolling in order to allow enough time for processing records, VISAs, etc. For prospective international students, all necessary documentation supporting an admission decision and issuance of an I-20 must be provided no later than 30 days prior to the start of a term. The following materials need to be sent to ذكذكتسئµ's Office of Admissions:
- A completed application (complete the application online) for admission and a non-refundable application fee of $50
- An official copy of satisfactory English Proficiency Exam results.
- ذكذكتسئµ looks for one of the following score thresholds for admission (reach out to your admissions represenative for questions regarding other measures
of proficiency) :
- TOEFL-IBT score of 80
- IELTS score of 6.5
- iTEP Academic Plus score of 4.5
- Duolingo (DET) score of 105
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) score of 54
- Cambridge Score of B2
- This testing is not required for international students completing high school in the United States.
- This testing is not required for international transfer students that completed prior college level education that was conducted in the English language.
- This testing may not be required for students from native English-speaking countries. Consult your admissions representative or the academic catalog for more details.
- ذكذكتسئµ looks for one of the following score thresholds for admission (reach out to your admissions represenative for questions regarding other measures
of proficiency) :
- Meeting incoming GPA and/or earned degree requirements: Students must submit formally evaluated transcripts of all coursework not taken through
an accredited U.S. institution. There are many such evaluation services. Some accepted
by ذكذكتسئµ include the below (this list is not exhaustive):
- World Education Services ()
- Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. ()
- Institute of Foreign Credential Services, Inc. ()
- For incoming undergraduates, ذكذكتسئµ will ask you to complete Accuplacer tests before arrival for proper class placement. These can be taken remotely.
Documents needed before being able to attend ذكذكتسئµ
International students, regardless of degree path or degree level will need to provide the following no less than 30 days before the start of their preferred term.
- A declaration of financial support and bank statement providing evidence that the student, student’s family, or sponsor is able and willing to assume full financial responsibility for the tuition, books, fees, room, and board, personal/miscellaneous, and transportation expenses.
- Proof of Health Insurance: All international students must be covered by health insurance and insurance must be maintained during the entire terms of enrollment.
- Please note: Students planning to transfer from a college in the U.S. need to first notify the designated school official at their present school of the intent to transfer, then contact the designated school official at the University of Saint Mary concerning issuance of a Form I-20.
- For Canadian Students looking to study at ذكذكتسئµ: In terms of immigration regulations, Canadians coming to the U.S. are not required to apply for an entry visa at a U.S. consulate. Canadians are subject to the same regulations regarding employment, requirement for full-time study, and all other status provisions. If you’re a Canadian student, make sure you visit the .

ذكذكتسئµ awards over $9 million in undergraduate scholarships each year. The average undergraduate in 2022 received a scholarship of over $17,000! Please note: ذكذكتسئµ does not offer graduate scholarships, although graduate assistantships are available in some programs

up in the small town of Ellsworth, Kansas, and attended Kansas Wesleyan University.
I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education with a minor in Computer Science
in 2010.
