The Mehring-Banikowski Endowed Distinguished Faculty and Staff Awards recognize ÐßÐßÊÓƵ employees who:

• Demonstrate commitment to the ÐßÐßÊÓƵ mission, beliefs, and values (community, respect, justice, and excellence)
• Demonstrate excellence in their position/work role
• Provide service that goes above and beyond their assigned duties with specific personal characteristics or job skills that make them stand out
• Are positive representations of the ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Way

Criteria

Nominees must have been employed at ÐßÐßÊÓƵ for a minimum of three years.

Nomination Process

• Individuals are nominated by ÐßÐßÊÓƵ faculty, staff, admin, students, or others outside of ÐßÐßÊÓƵ
• Nominations must include the form below and three letters of support – one from the lead nominator and two additional letters.
• Letters of support should focus on and include specific examples of how the nominee has excelled in the following areas:

• • Demonstrating commitment to the ÐßÐßÊÓƵ mission, beliefs, and values (community, respect, justice, and excellence)
  • Demonstrating excellence in their position/work role
  • Providing service that goes above and beyond their assigned duties with specific personal characteristics or job skills that make them stand out
  • Positive representation of the ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Way
