Jace Willis: I don't know what it's like not being a first-gen student, of course, but, we're walking around on campus every day and knowing that there wasn't anybody there. You know, my parents didn't go to college. I didn't have anybody to help me know where things are. And being a freshman student here, I have these people that can help me. They tell me where this is. They told me how to do this, and they told me how to work Engage and stuff like this. And I love being a first-gen student because it's a level of I'm doing something people before me have not done. But I also have people around me that can help me since they couldn't.
